These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of appsdiary.com (the “Website”), which is operated by Appsdiary Technologies LLP (“Appsdiary”, “we”, “us”), based in Delhi-NCR, India. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Our services are covered by separate agreements

The Website describes what we do. Any work we do for you is governed by a written agreement that sets out the scope, price, timeline and terms. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement applies to the work.

You may browse the Website and contact us for genuine business purposes. You agree not to:

Sending a contact, quote, care plan or careers form does not create a contract or any obligation for either of us. Prices, ranges and timelines on the Website are indicative. We start a project only after we have agreed a clear written scope, price and terms with you.

You are responsible for what you submit. It must be accurate, lawful and must not infringe anyone else’s rights. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the forms. If you would like us to sign a non-disclosure agreement first, tell us. You give us permission to use what you send to respond to you and to run our business.
